11 April 2013 Hello sir, Please suggest how a share can be transfered when the shareholder is not traceable,in case of pvt ltd co.

12 April 2013 Shares cannot be transferred without the consent of the shareholder concerned. And The company should first of all look into the provisions incorporated in the MOA and AOA regarding the Transfer/Cancellation of shares.
