Can balance of sundry creditor be adjusted with that of sundry debtor...they will adjust themselves..
in my books entry will be passed like this:-

X A/c( Sundry creditor) Dr.
To Y A/c (Sundry Debtor)

This question arises because as per section 40A(3) of Income Tax Act, payment of sundry creditor on account of purchase cannot be made by otherwise than account payee cheque.

I have some doubt regarding to ESIC and PF.

1) ESIC and PF effect from which date for new employee?

2) On daily basis worker comes under ESIC and PF act or not?

3) what is minimum wages to apply ESIC and PF?

4) IF any person work only one month then we shall deposit ESIC and PF or not?

5) if any one employee don't want to deduction on his/her salary. then what next, or it is mandatory for all or not.

6) it will apply on contractor also or not, if not then how we will satisfy government officer of ESIC and PF. and if it will apply then there name would be mentioned in same register with other employee name. or any other register would be maintain.

Please tell me whether my admit card will be wihtheld due to tranfer of articleship as it is told by branch office.

We do have manufacturing plant in gurgaon and we will transfer the material from this gurgaon location to our gujarat warehouse at the price on which it going to be sold to our customer in gujarat.

Now I want to confirm whether we should take dealer's registration or Manufacture depot's registration in gujarat.

Please resolve the same asap.
