I live in nerul navimumbai.I already submit IPCC registration and ITT registration Form On 18/6/13. And I select Ghatkopar batch for ITT training , Can i change itt training batch AT Thane or Vashi...

Pls help me in this matter

Hello everybody,
One of my client's is a bank and has recd. demand notice from IT deptt. as there were a few Pan quoted which were invalid. The notice demands tds @ 20% on such entries together with interest. The bank has got the correct Pan from all the deductees and is about to file correction statement.
I just need to clear up that in this case do bank is still liable to pay the demanded amount or intt. or both or is there any other penalty to be paid ?

I have been giving the CA FINAL exam since last four attempts and in my Second attempt I cleared My Group 2 But since then I started studying even more but not getting marks. My parents blame me everyday for not passing And without waiting for the results they r forcing me to find a job. I did find one but they didnt let me go saying I can wait for the results I M also trying to give all sorts of Bank exams but since my gk is weak so i M not able to clear. I M in a traumatized situation I dont know what to do, PLEASE HELP..

From the Asst Year 2013-14 Chartered Accountant has to upload xml format of Audit report and attach B/s and P&L A/c of assessees whose accounts are covered u/s 44AB.
While uploading audit report weather auditor has to attach scaned copy of signed Balance sheet & profit and loss a/c or simply a pdf converted B/s & P&LA/c Department has not made any clarifications

Inrespect of tuition fee paid by bank under educational laon directly to college, is there any restriction for claiming for 80C by the parent satisfying all other conditions.Please advice
