21 June 2013 IS IT NECESSARY FOR ALL PVT. LTD. COMPANY TO PREPARE ITS BALANCE SHEET IN REVISED SCHEDULE VI FORMAT. AND IF IT IS COMPLUSARY AND THE COMPANY IS NOT FOLLOWING THE SAME THEN WHAT IT IS CONSEQUENCES.

21 June 2013 1)revised shedule VI is made mandatory for all companies under companies act 1956

2)your auditor will not sign on audit report if you are unable to prepare balance sheet as per revised shedule VI

3)Even while uploading balance sheet and p& l to mca (23AC,23ACA) ALSO NOW IN FORMAT OF REVISED SCHEDULE VI..

No question of what is consequences of not preparing revised shedule VI should arise because companies act defines, this is the way to present a balance sheet
