Journal entry for redemption of mutual fund (divident plan)

I had invested in Tata Infra Mutual Fund (Divident) Rs. 40,000/- in 2006. I redeeemed all my units in Jun 2013 and received Rs. 29,904.52. I had received divident of Rs. 14,375/- during the period (2006-2013). I need your assistance for passing the necessary journal entry.

Interest on housing loan

I have one duplex flat, One floor (50%) I have rented out for Rs. 1.20 Lacs p.a. and One Floor I am using for self. My Interest on Housing Loan is Rs. 4.50 Lacs p.a.. Can I claim Rs.2.25 Lacs interest against rented property and Rs. 1.50 Lacs of interest against own property. I am a salaried employee and my annual salary is Rs. 9.60 Lacs p.a.. Please suggest.

a company has been formed i june 2012 ..
till 31st march 2013 compay has been incurred the project cost 1000000 and admin. cost is 2500000 ,so what is the treatment in financial statement??????
