We have add sum branches in registration and we about to the submit proof in departament but our company name has also changed.what is the procedure to make changes in name.first amendement is still under approval. pls sugget

No such facility available. You have to request concerned superintendent to sent back Form ST-1, then make all changes and submit all Form ST-1
