PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE REGISTERED MOA AND AOA OF A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY

I have register my IPCC in Mumbai, I want to give my exams NOV 2014 in Gandhidham (Kutch) Gujarat, So any one advice me whether i m eligible for giving exams in Gandhidham or whether examination center are their or not.

I have cleared both groups of ipcc in one attempt. I wanted to know whether ca final registration is compulsory with registration for articleship, and what is the last date for articleship registration to get may 16 attempt

While making payment of purchase of immovable property ,
Whether TDS u/s 194IA is to be deducted on amount including VAT, service tax, registration fee, stamp duty, etc?
and TDS should be deducted on Whole amount or Installment Amount?

Earlier,we did not paid Advance tax, now as per profit & loos account there is some tax liability.

I want to know which code/type of payment i can use for payment as under 280 Chalan

What is the exact procedure for obtaining COB ??

1. After getting COI, open a bank account and then get COB..or
2. After getting COI, get a COB and then open a bank account...
