A Dealer in Tamilnadu Order a goods at Gujarat and ask the supplier the deliver goods to their customer at Gujarat. whether it is an E1 sales?

16 September 2013 Yes it can be an E1 sales.Necessary formalities like,puttin the goods into a transport carrier,advising him by TN dealer,with his invoice, to deliver it to the Gujrat customer have to be observed.If the Gujrt customer irectly receives the goods from the Gujrat manufacturer/supplier then there will not be an E1 sale,because the goods are not booked in a traansport to cross the state borders......mjk
