Yes it can be an E1 sales.Necessary formalities like,puttin the goods into a transport carrier,advising him by TN dealer,with his invoice, to deliver it to the Gujrat customer have to be observed.If the Gujrt customer irectly receives the goods from the Gujrat manufacturer/supplier then there will not be an E1 sale,because the goods are not booked in a traansport to cross the state borders......mjk
