Is compliance of Companies law is also the duty of internal auditor??

i want to know how can manage of director loan, his personal expenses, etc. in our books. should i create a separate company in tally or show in director's loan accounts.

sir,in my 2nd year,I registered for cpt and get an SRO number....But I didn't write exam...after my graduate I apply for Ipcc...I pay 11,200 with conversion fees 500(total-11,700) by DD to ICAI...when,I fill application form,I lost my old SRO number and I didn't remember old SRO number and my institute also didnot have any records about my old SRO number...So,I Didnot give my old SRO number in the application form...but i paid conversion fees...pls give me suggestions for that sir..IT CREATES ANY PROBLEMIN FUTURE?

I need this information immediately unless i know this, i cannot complete the depreciation accounting satisfactorily

I have lost my pan card while travelling.
can anyone please tell me how should i get it back? I have photocopy of the pan card.

I have heard from some one that i need to apply for reprinting.

if i need to apply for reprinting then please enlighten me with the following:

1. IS there any specific form in which i need to apply for reprinting?

2. Do i need to attach some specific documents along with the application(i.g. FIR or other documents)?

3. What is the time frame of the entire process.

4. what is the cost of the process?

Can u tell me wat i can do...bcoz my ca is saying that i will not give conveyance for local area....for visiting his client place....he has to give bcoz its not my work....why i borne that conveyance on my head? So suggest me wat can i do???
