How to consolidate the Balance sheet? And what is eleminated entries?
If our one unit is in India & another one is in US. Then how do I consolidate the Balance sheet? There is differance in currancy. Means while the consolidation the cost of $ (Dollar) increases or decreases as compare to the date on which the assets are purchased.

Can anybody help me out.

There are lot of confusion in the mind of Students Who have completed PE-II ,Nov.07.and who has completed 3 yrs Articleship under old structure.
1.Can they appear for C.A. final exam in May08?
2.What is the exact fees while taking admission to final?(As most have paid one time fees while taking admission to intermediate)
3. I.T. course? is it compulsory?

Can I get any deduction u/s 80C or 80CCC, if I invest any amount in LIC, PPF ect. in the name of my sister? she was depends upon me before nov 2007 & I invested before nov 2007. Can I get deduction or Not?

I have served articleship under a principal for 1 year and got termination from him. Thereafter I serveing for another 1 year under another principal. I Understand that the leave entitlement is 1/6 of the articleship period served. My query is that for purpose of 1/6, the period of service shall be including the period of previous principal or under the new principal only?

Additional Depeciation is allowed for all Plant & machinery u.s.32. But it is argued that Wind Farms are not eligible for Additional Depreciation because they are not engaged in manufacture of an article or thing.
