i have not yet received my CPT-2014 admit card through post so I have got it downloaded. Is it required to get downloaded admit card attested from any CA?

While fitting the data of TDS details in the software, I wrongly mentioned the incorrect BSR Code. Later on, I came to know that, the BSR code I had mentioned was wrong. Now, the TDS return has already been processed by the Department and it has mentioned that "Regular Statement for Q4 of FY 2013-14 for Form 24Q filed by you through TRACES / TIN has been processed by Income Tax Department (ITD) u/s 200A and no defaults have been identified for this statement." Now my query is that should I revise my TDS return with correct BSR code or may I ignore it as the department has already processed the return and no default has been identified by them.

I have register with income tax e-filing site. my income is less than basic exemption limit. last year I have filed my return for 2 years with income less than basic exemption limit and nil tax. As i have not so much income, now i don't want to file return. can i delete my registration with income tax e-filing?
as my income is so less if i don't want to file return in future, is there any problem for not filing income tax return?

My friend is a CA since last 2 years. As she don't want to do job in starting, she got a COP from ICAI and start her own proprietorship firm as a CA. Now she want to close her proprietorship firm but hold the COP. Can you please tell me what is the procedure to be followed for closing proprietorship firm? If in future, she want to open a new proprietorship firm again, is it possible to open new proprietorship firm?

if she close her firm, she is still able to do tax audit?

Does a proprietorship firm providing service to a US based foreign company be liable to Service Tax. If yes can the Indian firm take credit of the service tax paid by it in India.
