Can we take transfer in third year once we have taken transfer in 2nd year on medical basis??? for the purpose of industrial training
One of our client sold his flat and deducted TDS u/s 194IA from Buyer of Rs.5000, but while making the paying he accidentally paid Rs.5,00,000 through online payment (FORM 26QB). Kindly guide us on how to claim refund of excess TDS paid. He is not a deductor, hence there is no TAN.

My company is an infrastructure company.Currently we have installed 1 MWp solar power plant and generating power and distributing the same to our holding company.We have also entered power purchase agreement with the holding company.Hence the query is revenue so generated , is subject to service tax or KVAT ??

If the land owner gives his property to the developer by way of development agreement with 50% share of constructed area for the land owner, simultaneously a General power of attorney executed by the land owner in favor of the developer to sell & execute deed of conveyance for the remaining 50% share of constructed area along with proportionate share of land.
Then please suggest me what will be the Tax implication (Both service Tax & Income tax ) on the land owner.
