I got married on 13th march 2013 bt I received few gifts on dis occasion on 7th march nd got it deposited in bank on 8th march.. can I claim for deduction though it is deposited before wedding day?

Hi,
Me and My brother were decided to incorporate a private limited company with authorized capital of Rs. 5 lakhs/-
My Query is:
Will we need to show that 5 lakhs cash in our bank account at year ending..?
Or can we show the company assets worth 5 lakhs in balance sheet..?

If the auditor fail to file form 23b for fy 13-14.now after the applicability of companies act 2013 when auditor is filing Adt-4 whether the company also liable 2 file adt-1. companies act 1956 doesn't impose any liability upon d company 2 file any form with roc. Because of auditor mistake making delay in filing form 23 b whether d company become liable for filing adt1 for fy 13 -14? please answer...

In case of increase of remuneration of Director in PVT LTD Company, whether we required to file MGT-14 because in PVT LTD Director or Managing director(MD) is same and director satisfied the definition of MD.
