A private limited company having losses and also having balance in security premium account want to issue Bonus Shares, is it possible?

10 July 2014 As per my opinion your private company can issue bonus shares even if there is loss in your company. Reason being there is balance in security premium account which can be used to issue fully paid Bonus shares. Issue of Bonus shares is governed by section 63 of the Companies Act, 2013. Kindly go through the section.
