my employeer deduct tds from my salary but when i got form 16 In which my PAN is wrongly quated MY ACTUAL PAN is DGYPS9851N but it is quated as AGYPS9851N.
In AS26 My income and tds both are show as NIL.
What can i do rightright know?

As the exporter of india is using the the same name everywhere (world wide) for its business and infact the domain name is same as the company name. I have taken a occ limit of twelve lakhs with my bank. I have pledged my property as a security to the bank. My current business has been not so much good. So,i was renovating my business and have planned to change the name of my business.So,my bank manager is saying that you cannot change the name of your business until you settle your loan dues but you can carry on with the older name.So, please suggest me what can be done in this matter.
