Dear Sir, Can anybody help me to know that i am in first year of articleship and want to take transfer but my principal is not ready to give transfer. What should i do to whom i should approach ? should i require to take permission from institute ?

What method should be adopted to do valuation of shares of a Pvt Ltd Co. which is accepted both as per the Companies Act and Income Tax Act. The company is a service provider and works as consultants. Can we value shares based on present and or future earnings?

I HAVE JOINED CS IN THIS FEBRUARY BUT NOT FILLED THE FORM 112 AND ALSO I AM PURSUING ARTICLE SHIP AND I HAVE FILLED FORM 112 LAST YEAR FOR B COM DEGREE AND THE EXAMS OF THIRD YEAR ARE HELD IN THIS APRIL

SO WHAT TO DO FOR FORM 112....
WHAT IF I FILL THE FORM 112 IN MAY???

1.DOING ARTICLE SHIP
2.DOING B.COM
3.REGISTERED FOR CS AND NOT FILLED FORM 112.

I've a confusion regarding following situation,

Bal. of DTL as on 31.3.2012 in the books of XYZ pvt ltd is Rs.50,00,000. In the F.Y. 2012-13 Depreciation as per Co's Act 1956 is Rs. 37,00,000 and Depr. As per I.T. act is Rs. 1,65,00,000. So Amt. of DTL will be Rs.39,55,200 [(37,00,000-165,00,000)*30.9%].

So my Question regarding above situation is What will be the closing bal. of DTL?
Please solve above query and also give me accounting treatment of above.
(Assuming No Surcharge)

I am already registered for executive and cleared 1st module and trying to fill online form for 2nd module..

My client want to a register a association under any act.
The fact are:


They are 21 Members
Their purpose is to sale and purchase of wheat, food grains etc.

It is profit making concern

They share profit / loss

They want to form in an association.

I don't know how i registered it in under society act, co-operative society act
But not in partnership act, and not in company act.

A DIRECTOR HAVE TWO DIN

EXAMPLE DIN 1 : HE ALLOTTED IN 2006 AND HE UPDATE WITH PAN.
DIN 2 : ALLOTTED IN 2008 HE DID NOT UPDATE WITH PAN

BUT THERE IS MISTAKE HE IS USING DIN 2 FOR COMPANIES THAT WAS NOT UPADATED...

AND DIN CELL ASKED DIRECTOR TO UPDATE DIN WHICH IS NOT UPDATED
