pls tell me the whole procedure to incorporate a public limited company. i have already incorporated pvt. companies bt never public. now i need to incorporate one. please tell me the extra formalities for public company. i think procedure till CIN is same as private. After that what should i file and which form and under which section i need to read the info about that.

my client is already cross the limit of turnover in previous year but still he has not taken service tax no.
suppose now he wants to take service tax no. than he has to paid service tax for previous year or the date from which he has applied for the service tax no.

i wanna know how can i know that whether my clients has filed their past year returns. if not filed online. i.e. if they filed online ITR then it appears in online account but if filed on paper how can i check. bcz some of them even don't know whether they filed ITR or not.
