can u guide whether a CA(Principle) can file suit against article in civil court or not. if yes then what is procedure and under which provision of institute.

Civil court system is available to everyone. On the basis of facts a CA (Principle) can definitely file suit against article. In this case the civil court procedure will be followed and ICAI has no role to play.

As per CA rules and regulation there is no such provisions the CA can give transfer or for excess leave can extend the time period of article-ship.
As per the civil suit there is no bar if the student has done some forgery then yes or if he has misappropriated some funds, leaked the information of the client then yes. On misbehavior criminal case can also be filed. Since you have not come up with the proper details it is very difficult to give advise.
