Hello , i am a cs executive student. i had enrolled for cs executive in dec 2012. i am going to appear for my exams in dec 2013 for the 1 st time. there is a change in syllabus from old to new . i query is whether dec 2013 attempt i should study new syllabus or the old one ?

of course from feb 2012 the new syllabus is implemented but for dec 2013 exams will we hav old syllabus exams as well ?

Our company had given a business loan of 300000/- to one of the relative of director and already received an post dated cheque of interest amount.
My question is that can company is authorized to do this act as nothing is provided in articles and MOA.?

my company has exported goods and wants to claim duty drawback . however the input used are all indigeneous on whom excise duty has been paid and cenvat claimed. there are no imported raw material used in manufacturing the final product which has been exported.

can i avail the duty drawback?

I am a salaried person and have filed return for AY 2011-12 & 2012-13. I dont have Form 16 for both the AY as my income is below basic exemption limit.

When I had applied for housing loan, the bank is insisting on submission of Form 16.
I am not working with that empolyer anymore and he is not ready to give me Form 16.

Members please advice on how do I explain the situation to bank and get the loan passed.
