Dear all,
My husband has a premises which is to be let out to bank. income arising therefrom is taxable with his income. He is a salaried employee and of now he gets taxed in the 30% bracket. The TDS on this income will be deducted at 10%. Effectively, he will be liable to pay additionally 20%. is there any way by which he can reduce the tax burden. Is gift in my name (wife) possible only for that floor or any other possibilities. Please guide.

my client had provided a service on june but he had raised bill on 2nd july, he had not charged service tax to the bill because service is provided in june

U/s. 194i

Dear All,

Please advice, we are a company and paying a rent and depositing TDS U/s. 194I. During my preparation of 26Q i have come to know that U/s. 194I is been bifaricate in two part 4IA & 4IB, hope iam right(pls correct me if iam wrong). Now my doubt is what i have to show 4IA or 4IB in my FORM 26Q.
Note : Owner of our Office is an Individual.

If an employee receives a salary & commission on sales than which ITR shall be applicable to him.

Plz reply its urgent.

Whole time director

Whether it is mandatory to take whole time director on payroll under companies act 1956 if the company is paying managerial remuneration by deducting the TDS u/s 192b.

Dear Sir,

Very recently we have registered with central excise as an delers. We are importers and selling locally, we would liket to pass on the benefit of ED 12.36% and additional duty 4% to our end customer. so is it possible to passon benefit??

Plesae let us know what are all the benefits we may get beeing registered as an a delear with central excise. (or) we can passon the same to end customer.

Not filed it return

An assessee not filed a return for consecutive last three years (including current year). My Query is can he file return of all the three years now and will be interest or penalty on him. Further I would like to inform that assessee is an salaried person and TDS was deducted and submitted every year within time by employer. His income is taxable. Please advice!!!!!

Income limit for itr

IS THERE ANY INCOME LIMIT FOR FILING ITR-1 AND ITR-2.

ITR 4 provides the need to furnish Balance Sheet if income is above Rs. 25.00 lacs p.a.

IF SALARY INCOME IS ABOVE 60.00 LACS CAN THE PERSON FILE ITR-1 IF HE SATISFIES OTHER PRESCRIBED CONDITIONS FOR FILING ITR-1
