I am doing my training from out of my hometown.Due to my personal health problems I am unable to continue my training from my current Training place.
I had discussed the same with my Principal but he is not entertaining me much.Nor he is listening to any of my problem.
I want to ask if my principal is not responding me well then can institute help me in solving out this problem.
If institute wants I can provide with them my Medical Certificate from a Govt. Hospital.
Please help me with my this query.

CPC showing demand of Rs 13000 for the A Y 2009-10.I filed ITR offline I inquired from call center regarding this. The say that the have sent me a mail which I never got. I have no of times reminded them to send me the mail again.but they did not send the same I have deposited the amount by SBI ON line and this vesible in my 26AS. I wantto file Rectification but I can not file unless I have CPC ref no.Kindly guide me what to do

I passed my CA Final G-1 (New course) in November 2010 and after that I had to discontinue CA for personal reasons, however now I want to clear off my pending Group 2 by appearing in May-14. I want to know whether there is any time limit within which I have to write Group 2?

LIC agent is not getting the commission shown in form 16A, he is getting amount lesser than what is shown in Form 16A. is there any way to find out what deductions have been made in his commission?

Fact of my questions are as follows:-
1. I have a C & F Agency of a branded Govt. Lubricants Company since 2004.
2. I have not taken any registration in Service Tax since that time because of lack of proper guidance in tax matters and company also never asked me about the registration.
3. Now the Principle company asked me about my Service Tax No. and tell me to take registration in Service Tax.
4. I have consulted this matter to consultants.
5. Consultants said that liability of
Service tax shall arise since 2004.
6. Principle Company will not bear the Old Service Tax Liability.
7. What will be the consequences if i will take registration and pay the service tax from now.
8. Which Types of Penalty shall attract and whether any condonation of such penalty.
