one of my client had filed his return for a.y 09-10 claiming a refund of rs. 84565. He had, unknowingly selected the ward which wasn't related to him. the refund has been stuck and no progress inspite of several requests to the CPC. What is the remedy available in this case?

i paid the exam fee with in the due date i.e. 26th august. and posted the printout on 29th. By tracking the status of speed post i came to know that the post has not been dispatched yet.

Is there any problem???

I am a legal professional. I paid Rs 40,601/ as electricity bill during FY 2012-13 out of which Rs 15770/- was electricity bill dues of FY2011-12.Should I claim 40,601/ as business expenses or should claim 24,831(40601-15770).
