how can we know the status of registration of company on MCA site after we have uploaded Form 1, 18 and 32 and made the payment for the same.
Secondly, how much time does it takes for the complete registration process to complete.

09 September 2013 Depending on state to state it takes time. These days though it taking more time than usually it takes as mca site not working properly. Check the status after login on the left side under the option check ur transaction status
U will be require to fill.srn no. And date of filing 1 18 32. Also keep checking ur mailed id.

You can check on MCA by clicking check your transaction status after lodging. It will show the current status of your filied forms.

If you have filed such forms by your login id.

That really helped. But I am now stuck with another problem, which is a clause for resumission. it says,
"As per Circular No.11/2003 dt. 29-05-13, An Affidavit/declaration from subscribers/first directors seperately, at the time of incorporation and change of its objects, from the directors, to the effect that the company directors shall not accept deposits, unless compliance with the applicable provisions of the companies Act,1956, RBI ACT,1934 and SEBI ACT, 1992 and rules/directions/regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with the concerned authorities. Scan an affidavit on s/paper duly notaised from all the subscribers/first directors separately on rupees 10/-each. NBFC words from moa to be deleted. "
