Today I got a mail which is reproduced below
"This is to inform you that in term of the provisions under Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulations, 1956, the above-cited Form1,Form18,Form32 dated 26-07-2013 filed vide SRN B80302953 has been examined and marked as Pending under Regulation 17(6) with the following remarks-

Can anybody tell me what is the meaning of the above mail.

Is there any special restriction for Real Estate Companies.

I applied for Ipcc group 2 papers in May'13 and i have got 142 marks. I asked for certified copies and after seeing those copies, I am not satisfied with the way the answers has been checked and the marks alloted to such questions.(in theory papers)

It looks like that some part of my answers are checked and marks are alloted,while some part are even not checked.

So what should I do with this issue?
please provide some helpful suggestions.

HI sir My client has bought a agriculture property in August 2005 around 2.2 Acres of Rs. 12,50,000/- and the same has been sold in the year 2012 Of Rs. 51,00,000/- And Reinvested in Industrial Land in the year 2012 of Rs. 55,00,000/- whether my client has to pay any capital gains or any exemption is there further he has to capital gains means how much has to pay kindly suggest me the matter

1).If a company purchases capital goods/goods from its creditors on credit, can it make payment in cash above Rs. 20,000.
2).And can wages/labour charges payment be made in excess of Rs. 20,000 if wages payroll is not maintained.
3). Can cash payment above Rs. 20,000 be made to Govt. Dept like Sales Tax Dept.


(The answer to the above queries are affected by A.Y or not, because i need to know about FY 10-11.)
