Sir I got terminated on 2.7.13 under my previous principle and joined as articled assistant under a sole propriter last week. bt if I check the details in icai website its still shows my name under the old principle? wat 2 do sir?

For Tax Audit Assessee Companies, in addition to Audited Accounts,

do we need to attach the (manually prepared and physically signed) Tax Audit Report as OTHER REPORT

or

is it sufficient to fill the ITR Form 3CA-3CD and upload along with Audited Accounts only.

Hi Friends, Pls let me get clearity in the following case: One private company incorporated on 15-08-2011. But that company is not started its operation till 20-09-2013. So my queries are- 1. Weather the company is necessary to call AGM & get Auditors report as per companies act or not..? 2. If it is mandatory to get audit report, then what are the points to be covered in that report?
