20 September 2013 If you are 100 percent sure then write otherwise don't..

E.g
Exemption under is HRA 10{13A},
but you wrote 10 {12A}

Then it means you don't know the Section of HRA as well as you don't know anything about 10 {12A}..

Therefore, Examiner have couple of reasons to deduct ur marks...
