I have filed for incorporation of a Private Limited Company on 15-09-2013 with an authorised capital of Rs.5 lakhs. I have filed Form 1, 32 and 18. However, ROC placed a query asking to comply with the notification dt.12-09-2013 and submit an affidavit. The notification does not clarify as to what the affidavit should be. Can you please give me a proforma of affidavit to be submitted and please mention any other corrections to be made in MOA or AOA.

I decided to take a bank loan of Rs. 15,30,000/- for a truck; the loan manager said me to provide them last two years IT return. As per my return my monthly income is Rs.22,000/-. So sir, I want to know only one thing that am I eligible for a loan of Rs.15,30,000/- with this monthly income; and if not then how much monthly income required to get a loan of Rs.15,30,000/- for 60 months?
Any suggestion in this regard will great help for me.

what is the maximum limit of expenses (or%)is allowed to book normally for persons having profession of technical consultancy and earning about 8 to 10 lakhs per year

I had registered for IPCC course under direct entry scheme through http://www.icai.org/directcaform.html on 21st August, 2013 and paid 12,200 fess through debit card option. I got acknowledgement no.i.e. ACKD11188286.
after that a send the printout of the same to WIRC branch bt still today i am not getting my registration no or any kind of reply from the ICAI or WIRC.

can any one help me??
how can i come to know about my registration status??
i twice mail to wirc but not get any reply...whether my form is accepted or not?

I filed Form 1,18&32 for incorporation of a new private ltd. co. I filled Form 1 with authorized capital of Rs.3 lakhs and prepared MOA with Rs.3 lakhs capital. Paid all stat. fees while filing.

ROC chennai issued a re submitting of all forms mentioning "MIS MATCH IN AUTHORISED CAPITAL IN FORM 1 WITH MOA"

Kindly inform me why i got such a query advise me on what I have to do next?

my articleship has commenced from 26/aug/13.
my last date of registration for articleship is 25/sep/13.due to some reason i am not able to submit my articleship form by that date.
by paying a late fee i can submit it,but will it affect my may 2016 final attempt????
or will it lead to november 2016 attempt????
which date will be considered for articleship beyond 30 september..????
