25 September 2013 Sir my friend registered for articleship on 31-10-2012 but during his first year of articleship he remained absent to the office for 52 days due to personal commitments, is he eligible for may 2015 final exam or not.

25 September 2013 If his leave is adjusted by the principal and such leave is not counted in leave category , then you will be eligible for May 2015 attempt.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
