after new rules as on 1.4.2014...what vl b d treatment or compliance for loan already taken from shareholder or relatives prior to 1.4.2014?? can we continue them or v hv to repay them??

my father along with 3 brothers and a sister sold a house in bangalore through court auction on 5th May 2013 for Rs.2.7 chores. Each got a share of 54 lakh. The property was purchased in 1908 by my father's grandfather. money was paid by court to sharers in Dec 2013. what is the tax implication

1.wheherservice tax is applicable on supply and fixing of digital printed flex boards ?

2. if answer yes to above under what catagory ?
3. the dealer is already registered under vat act in works contract and paying tax
and the receipient company is paying tax on works contract under reverse charge machanism whether receipient company is right?
4. whether this person sholud pay the tax under works contract service and what is the rate of abetment

Please explain the tax implications and why they have asked for pan card
a) is it for tds purpose
b) is it for service tax
under which section it applies.... please please explain.. is it safe to give pan card number...
