SAP: Posting Date Vs Entry date

Dear Sir,

I am new to SAP.. and please let me know what will be the impact in financials, if i post the entry after 10 or more days.

Example:
Document date: 01-12-2007
Posing date: 01-12-2007
Entry date: 25:12:2007

Compulsary computer 100 hours training

i cleared my pe-1 in may 2006 ,pe-2
group 1 in may 2007. i have now appeared for group 2 in nov 2007. when should i join the computer5 training?
is there any condition that training will start only after 3 months of practical articleship training which will start after pe-2 results?
