i cleared my pe-1 in may 2006 ,pe-2
group 1 in may 2007. i have now appeared for group 2 in nov 2007. when should i join the computer5 training?
is there any condition that training will start only after 3 months of practical articleship training which will start after pe-2 results?

You can join ITT now and complete it. You need not wait for the results. In fact, if you are not through with ITT you will not be able to sign the articles.
The Rule of 3 months is applicable to PCC.
