There are lots of classifieds in news paper about internet jobs.

My query is:

If the somebody promotes a web link,
asks user to click the same, stay for a while and then amount goes into users account.

What are the monetary benefits to promoter of that web link by doing this?

Pleae explain.

oracle front end use

one company has installed oracle 9i or 10g as back end. what is the best front end package one can have using windows platform ? There are a lot of shortcomings in using ms access and VB.
