Maintaing erp outside inda-any permission required?

An Indian company has its head office in Germany.The ERP system which the Indian company uses is being implemented in its head office in Germany.So henceforth the Indian company's erp will be kept in german server.Are there any rules which the Indian company has to comply before hosting its erp in german server.Is there any permission which it needs to get from Ministry of Electronics and Telecommunication.Please share the rules regarding the procedure for the same.

direct tax suggestion for 2nd attempt suggestion

i appeared for nov 2016 attempt but was not able to clear .. can u plzz help me ..i have already studied 28th edition of vinod gupta sir for finance act 2015 along with summary for nov 2016 attempt ..i am thinking of referring only summary module of 30th edition on finance act 2016 for concepts and amendments and will refer practice manual for practical que...as i dont have time to wait for amendment clases.. can u plzz help me .
