Dear Sir/Madam
I have to register my company in sole proprietorship. what are the documents required for register company? and where i have to register company I have no company PAN Card and Current account in Bank . Before register company apply Pan card and open bank account or after registration can i apply for PAN Card & Bank Account?

For registering your organization in sole proprietor format, either you have to have one of following registration in trade name, VAT, Service Tax, PT, Shops and establishment or MSME, any one of the above is sufficient to open bank account in trade name.
If you want to apply in your name i.e. without trade name, you no need to have government registrations. You can directly open current a/c in your name in any BANK.
For proprietorship there will be no separate PAN To be applied, your individual PAN is to be given for any of above registration.
