Co. having Tally Erp. 9.09 software.during ledger scrutiny i have found everytime period has to be changed to april 10 to march 11,as everytime i open any ledger data of latest entry produced rather than data from april 1 to march 31st.plz provide me the solution for the same

As per SEZ rule export earning has to be certified in form of Softex. Along with softex we need to submit Export invoice. Can anyone suggest what kind of export invoice format we should have. Also suggest us what precautions we should take while filing softex forms.
