Not able to attach dsc to mca forms

Hi!
Please Help.

I am not able to attach DSC(.pfx) to MCA forms (pdf forms).

When I click on sign box nothing happens, rather I am not able to click there.

I have latest adobe reader and latest run time java.

What should i do?
