What are changes that have taken place in the I.T syllabus for the nov 2014 exam?

For nov'14 attempt of Ipcc Itsm, do we need to cover all types of flow chart and decision tables or do we need to study only the basic concepts. Because as per past syllabus and pattern, flow chart is of 8marks ques in exam?
