A Company paid tds on professional charges instead of paid it as tds on salary.can any one please tell me the consequences of the above situation?

I have completed both groups of ca ipcc in may 2013.still i didnt join my articleship .please refer a good ca firm with good stipend in chennai

I am ipcc student....i want to join m.com external under IGNOU .....is icai give permission for this

suggesting how can we get rid of current CA

For a female article completed 1 yr and 9 mnths of articleship (based on these facts plz help me out):

1. CA is not having good behaviour in office
2. Talking environment of official staff is very bad with articles (incl. peon)
3. They are just giving typing work since many days
4.Working excess not not counted but leaving office 1 hour early even due to illness is charged as whole day leave but this rule is only for her
5. Some officials are even having bad intention type treatment with her
6. And many more like this........

I am doing 2nd year of my articleship training.I want to join for industrial training.Plz tell me How to apply for this in companies and how should i get to know vacancy availability in companies listed by ICAI.

Hey guys, i'm giving my CA final exams in nov 14.Actually i came to know that ISCA has been completely revised.That revision will only be applicable from nov14.So can anyone give me a link so that i can download both the revised study material and practise manual for free.Thank you.

sir i ill complete four yrs of my ipcc resigtration in feb14 n not yet cleared my grp 2 of ipcc then hw should go to the procedure of reregistration for ipcc it is compulsory to do reresigtration before result i m waiting for result of nov13 exm
