suggesting how can we get rid of current CA

For a female article completed 1 yr and 9 mnths of articleship (based on these facts plz help me out):

1. CA is not having good behaviour in office
2. Talking environment of official staff is very bad with articles (incl. peon)
3. They are just giving typing work since many days
4.Working excess not not counted but leaving office 1 hour early even due to illness is charged as whole day leave but this rule is only for her
5. Some officials are even having bad intention type treatment with her
6. And many more like this........
