I completed the termination process in my first firm and now am again registering in another for my articleship. Should I need to again take a DD for 2000Rs or should i just need to write the old DD no itself in form 103?

but in my registration letter my name spelling are VIAJY KAMAL SINGH
so sir please suggest me what should i do now

Dear Sir/Ma'am I 've taken transfer on 12-8-13. After this, my articleship again started on 30-10-13. For that transfer, I have deposited Form 109 and also new form 103 to the institute on 10-11-13. Whether I was correct or not? Or i should deposit any penalty for such delay.

i Done graduation 2009 to 2012, i have done my cs executive registration on feb 2011 and ipcc registration on august 2011,In form 112 I I have shown graduation but i did't give cs exam till graduation ,can I fill Form 112 now ? as it needs cs registration letter as attachment ,does it show any problem? Please help
