What are company laws amendments for CS Executive June ’14 exam?

Please tell me the procedure , that how to get your article published in ICAI Students journal? and what are the related topics? n please specify the link from where i can access that what are the related topics for upcoming publications?

I FILLED THE FORM FOR GMCS1 ONLINE ON FRIDAY EVENNING. BUT AFTER COMPLITION ,I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP. THEN I CLICK THE OPTION PRINT ACKNOWLEGMENT SLIP WINDOW SAID "YOU CAN PRINT AFTER PAYMENT VERIFICATION" NOW WHAT DID I DO? PLZ HELP ME........................

We(Firm having 3 partners one is CA, CWA & CS) who all are professionals, have started a buisness of coaching classes but we dont separate practice @ individual level.
So are we liable under limit of 25 lacs or 1 cr under sec 44 AB?
I tried @ various ends but i got contradictory answers?

i m artical & during the audit i found one bill of lunch packed of 60000rs. lunch provided in company by vender and no service provided by vender of served of lunch. company only purchases lunch packed and vender no create vat on this bill. so this bill is cover under catering service or not.
and if tds deducted on this bill than what %

i have appeared for ca final in nov 2013 and now i want to prepare himself for camps. So i want to ask that what is the right time and how can i prepare for camps?

Feeling frustrated with this articles...Hell with my Boss.. He doesn't even say clearly what to do and if i do the wrk he says that was not correct... feeling depressed and I lost my confidence of becoming CA with this bitter experience...Before joining the articles CA was my passion aftr entering into the firm I felt so bad that I have unnecessarily chosen this.

I register under ipcc direct entry scheme and I m appearing in ipcc may 2014 exam.... I started my articleship on on August 2013 and I taken leave for 3 months. ...actually I confused that my 3 months leaves will affect on my exams. .

hello everyone,
I will be appearing for IPCC(Direct entry) in May-14. Right now i am doin articleship at a small firm where i am not getting sufficient work and practical knowledge.
As per ICAI rules we can transfer our articleship within 1 year after getting registered. and my 1 year gets over somewhere at end of July'14 and I will be getting my IPCC results in Aug'14..
So please help me to know how do i join a big or middle-size firm without my result on my CV????
