But According To New Rules, after 3 months of This Form Filling U Can Join Another Course. So Whats The Remedy? I Dont Want To Disclose The Date Since When I Am Persuing CS in form 112. Else It May Cause Problem. Right? Will It Be Okay If I Fill The Form 1 yr Late With Late Fees?

My exam for CA final due in nov 2014 and there is so changes in syllabus than what subject is preferable to crack final in 1st attempt. and also know about company bill, GST & DTC whether it is applicable or not??

It is must for the company to appoint CS having paid up cap of 5Crs.If a company have paid up capital of more than 5 Crs and the company have not yet appointed a CS, will there be any problem for the company? .
