i hv posted my direct entry as well as articleship form on 23th dec13. i wnt to giv ipc attmpt in nov14 m i eligilble? my frnd gt reg letter aftr 3 mths of postin the forms...m really worried pls help.

For Example: As a pvt Ltd. company or partnership firm receiving sevice from hotels (bill in the name of bussiness entity)& hotel charges sevice tax 4.944% (i.e. 40% of 12.36% no VAT product).. the question is as a service receiver, is the business entity is liable to pay service tax @ 7.416% under service receiver category??? bcoz for the same deduction as expenses are claimed by business entity & Purely for business purpose..

I Sent my Articleship Registration Forms from Hyderabad to Chennai office for Registration on 26/11/2013
but on 18/12/2013 i got a letter from Chennai office as my employer belongs to western region so do i need to again sent to Mumbai office?? the firm in which i joined is situated in Hyderabad.

two experts have expressed their views that icai should provide full marks to errors in q1c and q6a in sfm paper nov 13. what is the probability that icai will accept the views.

I completed my CWA Inter in feb 2013 .I am doing CA also.Now I am in CA Article ship.
Now I want to appear for final exam in june 2014.Is articles is applicable for me?
If so Now I am doing CA Articles
what I do?
I even not registered for CWA final.
please help me on this aspect.
