I was registered for articleship on17th april 2013 then i took transfer from that firm and joined in another firm after 3 days.
During in the first firm there were 8 leaves .
Am I eligible for Nov 2015 final exams???

Hello.. I have just cleared my finals and i just want to know d time limit for doing GMCS as i m planning to do it in the month of june/july. So what will be its effects and when can i attend the convocation after m done with my GMCS..?

i got service tax registration few months back for astrology services.now i want this transferred to my wife.i know registration is not transferable.

so what are the options.please tell about the charges too.

hi frnds, my doubt is in case of amalgamation in nature of merger, equity share holders can be discharged by the issue of preference shares or not,
2. In nature of merger, 10% preference shareholders can be given 12% preference shares
3. IF Assets are revalued of a transferor company and then taken over by transferee company , then this comes under merger or purchase ??????

i would we grateful to you all if you can give me the advice related to the following...

i had cleared my cs foundation in dec 2012 and was about to give my cs executive in june 14 .
as i am from one of the regular colleges from du my bcom exams have got clashed and i have the option to choose one.
now i am confused .
so kindly suggest what should i do?
is there any consequences of giving late attempt apart from the reason that i have a regular college.
moreover will that effect my articleship.
pls help me.

If Mr. X has joined his organisation after taking extraordinary leave (HE HAD NIL LEAVE AT HIS CREDIT) from 01.12.2013 to 15.12.2013 on account of his marriage and joins on 16.12.2013. He will not be getting salary for the period 01.12.2013 to 15.12.2013 and his Basic Pay is Rs. 20,000/-. Then, what will be the Employee's Contribution @ 12% for the month of Dec 2013?

Will it be Rs. 2,400/- (Rs. 20,000*12%)? OR Will it be Rs. 1,239/- (Rs. 20,000/31*16) X 12% ?

16 days come as (31.12.2013 - 16.12.2013). Also enlighten me on the point that to calculate per day Basic Pay do we need to take 30 Days as days for any month or we should take days according to the respective calender month to calculate the per day Basic Salary?

Please any one can give me the the names of the colleges in Up Who conducts Ca exams & their addresses.
