Hello, I am articled assistant as per IPCC course. I started my articleship training on April 2012, so as per rules i am eligible to give my Final C.A. examination in November 2014.
I have taken as minimum as possible of 10 leave up to this date. I want to know as per ICAI rules and regulations how much period of STUDY LEAVE is allowable to me ?

I am in third year of my articleship.I am in internal audit department and work with same clients throughout the year.I already took a transfer in my first year.Now I thinking of taking dummy articleship,attend classes and prepare for Final in May'15. Is it a good idea?Will ICAI approve transfer in 3rd year if I show health reasons.I am thinking in such a way as I learning nothing new and doing same work for past 18 months

I have started my articleship on 1-08-2012 and take transfer on 1-07-2013 and join other firm from 1-07-2013 but my holidays under previous ca are 102 . Is this will increase my articleship period even if I take only 54 holidays in the remaining my articleship period?

Mere ek friend ne mera exam form fill kiya online ipcc ka . Aur by mistake she filled wrong address in my exam form and submitted. Is there is any way to change it or any other solution ? plz help me.

I registered for IPCC under direct entry scheme in Feb-2014 and eligible for May-2015 exam. As I need to complete 9 month article ship before exam and also ITT and OP.
I need the help to clear my below confusion..
1. Do I need to clear ITT before start Articleship or can clear during ongoing?
2. Does ITT is included 9 month articleship?

I want to start my articleship from Jun-2014 so please guide me.

if a ipcc pursuaing student passed ipcc on nov 2013 attempt,when(last date) he should register for articles to appear for ca final nov 2016 attempt.

I have an article assistant registered on 1.2.2013 under direct entry scheme. If she terminates article ship right now, is she eligible to appear for IPCC May 2014 examination.

I am Kavita Patil. I registered for IPCC under direct entry scheme in jan 2013.. Again I joined articleship on April 29th 2013. I asked my principal to give 3 months leave for exams. He didn't agree so I took 109 form i got his sign on 17th feb 2014.. But when i went to institute to ask what all documents should be attached with this form they told you can take termination but you must rejoin immediately.. i have plan to join after exam.. please help me to get through it..

IF I HAVE SALARY INCOME OF 400000 AND HOUSE PROPERTY INTEREST OF 150000.....THEN IN MY GROSS TOTAL INCOME I WILL WRITE 400000.AS I CAN'T CLAIM DEDUCTION OF 150000.THEN WILL I SHOW IN INCOME TAX RETURN FORM 150000 AND HOW?
