I'm in my 1st year of articleship and now I'm taking a transfer.
My previous firm was in Pune and my new firm is in Lonavala.
Will I face any issue in taking the transfer?

Can I take an online printout of form 103 or is it compulsory to purchase it from institute?

Do I have to fill form 112 again. I'd already filled and submitted 112 during my initial registration.

If I'm not suppose to fill 112 then what shall I fill in point 17 of form 103.

Also is it compulsory that the office shall begin at 11 only.
Cant it being at 11:30 as I'll need some time for travelling.

And there is work load in office, thus I am thinking to join classes later on..
but simultaneously i am worried abt my Final Exam also..bcoz of not knowing anything abt Final Subject..

i enrolled for cpt in Feb and preparing for June attempt but problem i am facing is mathematics. because i am not in touch with maths since 13 years as i passed my 12th in 2001. Can u suggest me what to do to clear about the basics.

respected sir My registration date for ipcc is 21st jan 2010. I have cleared group 1 and my group 2 is pending. I have given exam of group 2 in nov 13. i have also filled may 14 examination form for group 2 examination. Do I required to revalidate my registration. what u need to do.plz give your precious advices

now i hv convinced my principal to give me transfer on back date say around 1st feb 2014.
now if i submit form 109 after 30 days of date of transfer will there be any consequences that i hve to face?

I have been registered for IPCC since 27th July 2010. I am attempting for May 2014 IPCC exam. The result most probably would be declared in August 2014, do I need to renew my registration?

Whether the company will be liable to pay service tax under reverge charge, even if the service tax is not charge by service provider in his bill of work contract? what if he do not mention his ST Reg. no. in his bill?
