14 March 2014 How many leaves can I take during my articleship? ?? And what will b my attempt if my joining date is 02-09-2013

14 March 2014 In simple terms it should not exceed a maximum of 160days ,and you ll have your attempt due on May'16 xams

14 March 2014 The eligible leaves available is 1/6 th of the actual number of days you worked.
For calculating eligible leave first deduct the leaves you have already taken and then divided it by .

Eg . In 3 years of articleship the no of days = 365*3 = 1095
suppose if u took 150 days leave already = deduct it = 1095-150=945

and your max eligible leave is 945/6=157..

By calculating as such . you can get maximum of 156 leaves for 3 year articleship

14 March 2014 actually even if you say sixty days you wont be completely wrong in the sense that if the article take excess leaves of 60 days, the attempt shall shift to November 16!
