is there any thing new introduced in Isca syllabus for final May 2014 exam or the syllabus is same as it was for nov13 exam??

Hello, i am CA Final Student and already completed 3 years articleship and Accouting techniciane Course(ATC) and B.com. And i want go to the new zealand because my family is already there So what I have to do i will have to complete CA in india or at New zealand ? And if i will complete at new zealand then can i direct appear for CA final exam at new zealand? and if i complete CA in India then this degree is valid At New zealand ?Please guide me.......what I will Have to do?

I m doing articelship and completed about 11 months due to my health problem and climate problem i neeed transfer but in d organisation there is heirarchy of manager under which i work but i am registered under other principle . To take transfer I HAVE TO FIRST SUBMIT MY RESGINATION N I HAVE SUBMITTED THE SAME BUT MANAGER I WORK UNDER IS NOT APPROVE THE SAME, IN A CONSEQUENCES MY TRANSFER DATE IS COMING NEAR AND IF HE IS NOT AGREE THEN NO SIGINING WILL BE DONE BY THE PRINCIPLE . AND ON REQUESTING TO MANAGER HE SAYS TO ME THAT "ME NAHI KRTA APPROVE JA KYA KREGA".SO PLS HELP ME GUYS I M IN BIG TROUBLE AND TENSION I REALLY DONT WANT TO WORK UNDER THIS SUITATIONA ND NEED TRANSFER.PLS HELP.

I am working professional and i had done MBA in Finance and BCA with Comp & Accounts.. since i just 25 with 2+ years o Experience in Accounts & Taxation, so I've decided to do CS i have register myself in Nov'13 and my exam is in June and due to huge work of 31st march i cant give time to my studies... plz help wat should i do, should i give both the modules in Dec. or June.
