i have completed my O.T. training from Gwalior Branch of CIRC and my O.T. certificate is lost.So can you guys tell me the whole procedure for issuance of duplicate certificate.

sir my frnd is doing articleship and she has complted 1.5 years but the principal is paying stipend which is below the minimum level as fixed by icai. and he also ask her to do personal works what should she do now?

Today is last day for reg. Of articleship but I didn't get articleship in any gud firm yet..I want to know can I fill the form after today with back date... N shud i require any stamp paper..???

i have completed my 2 years and 2 month of Articleship in Mumbai Ca firm but from last 2 month my parents are staying in Rajasthan because of some family issue and i am staying with my relatives from last 2 months..
But now i have to take transfer to my native place for my balance period of Articleship, my Principal is also ready to give me transfer.
Proof I have is Ration Card of My native place, is it sufficient that my parents is transfered from Mumbai to Rajasthan..

Pls Solve this query as soon as possible
