I am presently working as assistant manager in a private bank and I am compeletd 5 years of service. Since I am interested to do CA I registered and now compeleted IPCC both groups. As I aware I have to compelet article ship in order to appear for final exam for that I have to resign the job. Now my doubt whether I can do articles without resignation. Plz clarify any other option is there to pursue C A course while on employment

My articleship starting date 1-3-11 n completion date 28-2-14.
Submission form 108 dated 12-3-14.
I got letter from icai stating that i hv delayed submission of form 108 n need to give 100 rs. Dd n letter for condonation for delay. Do i need to give dd n letter?
If yes, then Kindly help me for letter n reason to state.

Which teachers are good to take coachings from? Do I take the coachings of all subjects or some selected subjects? Do I opt for single or both groups for final exams? Please reply ASAP ? Hello, What if i have excess leaves in articleship but after 2.5 years of my articleship WITHOUT considering the excess leaves i am giving my exams and my c.a principle has signed my exam form NOT considering the excess leaves. Then would there be a problem if i do not complete the excess leaves?

I am pursuing cs(executive), I want to know should I go for LLB regular, as I am already 22 yrs old. Should I opt for it or any other course or only continue with CS now?? Also I want to know abt the scope of CS, can it secure me a good job?? Because ther are some changes after coming of companies act,2013???

Hi, My question is that I have completed 2 years of my articleship and have got an opportunity for Industrial Training with a reputed organisation but my principal employer is not allowing me to join there at the IT job for the reason that I have not completed my current ongoing work and not given a handover of my assignments to some other person.

Can he refuse to sign the papers for the simple reason that I have not given the handover of my work to someone else being in my articleship period even after informing my immediate superior 3 months ago that I am looking forward for IT?

Also is there a provision that I cannot consider the period of extension for serving IT?

Please advise as soon as possible.
