procedure of taking Ca industrial training..

Can Anyone please guide me in the proccess of registration for IPCC.And tell me overall procedure and regulations regarding it if possible.
I have complete graduation in Commerce and scored 55% and want to get register under direct entry act.
I want to attempt May2015 for both groups. Is there any rule regarding minimum completion of some tenure as an article befor I give the attemp of IPCC?

Hi friends..i am a science student..Somehow i choose CA as my passion..I cleared my CPT in my second attempt 2011.. i have attented IPC 2014..During these period i faced a lot of problems..financially, even by family also..till i continue to dream to be a CA.. I am not going to give whatever problems come...i am working @ courier as part time.. My school friends are going to finish UG and ready to get a job..but me totally useless..till only studying...also not earn any money..pls suggest me how motivate my self..and continue my career without any distraction..pls help me..i need that...

Dear Experts

One of company has filed RoC Form MGT-14 for Increase of Authorised Capital from 1 Lakh to 1 Crore.

While filing the Form SH-7 they realized that RoC Fee is Rs. 2,04,500/-.

Can you please suggest that can we cancel the MGT-14 which is already approved by RoC.

We would like to increase the Authorised Capital from 1 Lakh to 50 Lakh and refile to RoC so that RoC Fees will be Rs. 36,000/-

PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARD

I had been doing article training for the past one and a half years, and I had registered for BCOMAF under IGNOU before joining for article training. I have not submitted Form 112 till now. What should I do?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have appeared for the group 2 examinations held in May-June 2014, the results of which are still due.

Initially, i had registered into the said course on 30th July 2010. Thus, my registration validity ends on 30th of July 2014.

As the results of the examinations are not yet declared, should i wait for the results before revalidating my registration??

If i wait for the declaration of results, what would be the impact on my November exams, if i have to appear.
